I love these Gi's. I have three and they all fit great!

I’m 5’3” and 165 lbs, and the A1L fits me surprisingly well. I went with this size because I wanted something with a bit of extra sleeve and pant length without feeling too baggy, and it delivered. The jacket is lightweight but still has a sturdy weave that holds up during hard rolls, and the pants are durable while staying breathable.

The fit gives me enough room to move without feeling restricted, and I haven’t had any issues with shrinkage after washing (cold wash, hang dry). The collar is firm but not overly stiff, and the whole gi dries quickly — perfect for training multiple times a week.

Pros:
• Good fit for a stocky, shorter build
• Lightweight and breathable
• Quick-drying fabric
• Durable weave and quality stitching

Cons:
• Lighter material might not be ideal if you prefer a heavier competition gi

Bottom line: If you’re around my size and want a gi that’s comfortable, durable, and easy to maintain, the Flow A1L is a solid choice.

Honestly I love how these fit. My first pair of legit grappling shorts, they are a huge step up from the basketball shorts I’ve been using.

I got a few different brand gi’s but these are by far my favorite. Got multiple pairs for a few Frankenstein Gi’s I have in rotation. Will definitely buy again.

I needed a light weight gi for my gym. Here in California the summers are brutal and so is the electricity bill. Our gym can get hot and this gi does the trick. Not only is it light weight it's tough and hold us well during intense rolling. Worth the money!

Overall very pleased with this. We typically use hyperlite gis bc they seem better suited for my kids who are more slender. Most gis feel as though they were made for really hefty kids. When we got this gi, it initially felt like my daughter would be swimming inside of it. But it was such a beautiful blue and the logo is a flower (which makes a difference for some girls - feels a little less masculine)... so we took a risk and washed it hot and torched it in the dryer. I'm happy to report that it shrunk up nicely. Just enough that it feels good for her.

I'm still sort of new to BJJ ... so this is my second Gi ever bought. Thus far, I feel like it's been pretty good. I was nervous when I first got it b/c it was much bigger than I expected - even though this is what was recommended by the staff. So I washed it hot and torched it in the dryer a few times and now it's perfect. I do like that the inside of the pants / knees has material that slides a little bit. Which helps my not-so-young knees (45 yrs old). Overall very pleased with the quality. I'm 5'11" and 180 lbs.

So far my favorite GI. Loved the first one so much I purchased a second. Breathable, rugged and looks great.

The gi fits perfect. It is lightweight and good for training in my gym because we keep the heat on. The quality of this gi is better than Origin for a fraction of the price.
