I got a size A3H and it fits me perfect at 6ft (184cm) and roughly 240lbs. I've had Gis from a few other brands and flow has the best sleeve and leg length for me. Also the fabric on the pro series is extremely comfortable compared to most of my other Gis. I highly recommend the Pro!

Flow Kimonos really nailed the athletic cut on the Pro Series. It’s tailored to minimize excess fabric, which not only gives opponents less to grab onto but also feels sleek and professional. Unlike some lighter gis that feel flimsy, this one feels solid and substantial. The Pearl Weave material (or whatever specific competition weave they use) is surprisingly soft from the first wear—no need for weeks of breaking it in.

This is my second flow kimono purchase. I have the Alpine pro and just bought the feather. Perform well dry quickly. If you’re looking for gear that’s going to feel comfortable rolling in I would suggest the feather for sure!

The Hemp Series 6.0 in black is my main gi and I absolutely love it. It’s tough, comfortable, and has that soft natural hemp feel that holds up to hard training abuse. It's easily my favorite gi to roll in.

The Feather Gi is incredibly light and comfortable. It's perfect for long rolls without feeling weighed down. I’ve been using it as my travel gi for cross-training, and it packs small and dries quickly, making it my go-to on the road for Fridays.

I have multiple rash guards from other big brands. This one was the least expensive and highest quality. Not too thin or thick with a high quality elastic grip at the bottom.

Great fit, good weight and thickness. It’s extra long in the torso with a grippy strip on the bottom hem.

Fits true to size. I purchased my normal t-shirt size.

This is my first belt and after 5 months of usage it has had held up great! It’s well constructed, no loose stitching, no fraying and holds its shape. I’m not sure if it’s the knot I tie or the belt but it has never had to be retired during training. The Deluxe Beelt is a quality product backed with awesome customer service.

I’m new to BJJ so GI’s are a different experience for me. I have purchased a few since I have started . The FLOW GI air and feather is my favorite. The fit like a tailored suit. I love to roll with my FLOW. I will get another for competition when I’m ready.
