I like how light the gi is, I find myself not getting as hot in this gi compared to other brands, therfore I can roll longer and harder without hitting my red line. I'm in between sizes and would recommend an a2 if you're around 185-190 and more on the skinny side.

Lightweight. Effective.

I always wanted to try a Flow GI but was hesitant because I had a GI brand that fits me perfectly and I thought performed well in all seasons. That was until I purchased this GI. This GI fits absolutely perfect (trust the size chart), it’s very light weight, comfortable and the most breathable GI I’ve ever owned. For size reference, I am 5’9 180lbs. Half stocky, half Dadbod. It’s an absolute game changer. Another thing to note with this GI is its incredible drying speed (hang dry). If I had to guess it takes about 3-4 hours to dry after hanging. This is huge for someone like me because I travel a lot for work and I cannot pack a wet GI into my suitcase for my flight home after a night of training. No worries here because it dries before I wake up to leave! I honestly don’t have a need for any other GI. This thing packs well for travel, looks great, feels great, the best performing (breathable and non-restrictive) GI I’ve ever experienced. If you’re on the fence about getting this GI, give it a shot. I’m so glad I did because now it’s my #1. Been training for years and tried tons of different brands and I’m blown away at the quality and attention to detail of this GI.

I own 3 Alpine Gis. Lightweight, durable, and they look good. Not overly decorated, so your academy patches can go right on if that’s your thing. I’ve had gis that cost twice as much that don’t keep me cool as well as the Alpine series.

The rash guard is light weight and a great fit. I have broad shoulders, and some rash guards don't fit me properly. This rash guard is perfect for me.

Lightweight gi . Perfect length. Great material and washes well.

The embroidered stitching on the Gi Top is really nice. The top is cotton and the pants are made of a different material that you find in the Alpine style gi's. I usually buy the Alpine style gi's and they are a bit lighter. The top is really nice, I almost dont want to roll in it so it stays nice and crisp. Great gi overall. Would recommend.

I read that the belt would be stiff and need breaking in. After one wash it's perfect. Very well put together with quality material.

I really like the way it fits—it moves with me, not against me—allowing me to flow seamlessly through transitions, whether I'm passing guard, attacking from the bottom, or scrambling for position. It doesn’t restrict my movement, so I can stay fluid and explosive while maintaining control, keeping my rolls smooth and technical.
